2. Overview

Contract Analyzer Pro is an offline, local AI application designed to analyze and assess legal contracts directly on the user’s device. The App is built to operate primarily without an active internet connection.

License activation requires web access to our third-party provider or providers for payment and activation. Once activated, the app does not communicate over the internet.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

Unless you choose otherwise, the App does not:

• Collect, transmit, or upload contract, text, or document content for processing on our servers.
• Record user queries, documents, or analysis history to any external server by default.
• Use online cookies, tracking pixels, or embedded analytics in the App itself.

All core contract processing is performed locally on your device. We do not train our AI models with your private data.

4. License, Activation, and Payment Data

To enable paid activation, licensing, and purchases, some data may be stored outside your device.

• Third-party payment and licensing portals: When you purchase or activate the App, information you provide on the checkout or activation page, such as name, email, billing information, and hardware ID, may be processed and stored by third-party processors. These may include LemonSqueezy, Stripe, PayPal, and other credit card processors. These providers maintain their own privacy and security policies.
• Server storage: In some cases, such as license activation, hardware ID mapping, or support, we or our authorized service providers may store license and activation records on Aabey LLC servers or on third-party vendor servers. These records typically include the hardware ID, license key, purchase metadata, and the contact information you supplied during purchase or support requests.
• Install and uninstall: The installation process operates from the packaged and digitally signed executable or MSI installer and does not establish an internet connection during installation. When you uninstall the application, certain residual files, configuration settings, license keys, or locally stored data may remain on your device.
• Hardware identification: A unique hardware ID is generated and used for licensing purposes. Each license permits activation on up to two devices. If you need to move a license to another computer, you may deactivate it on the previous system and activate it on the new one using the same license key. If a device becomes permanently inoperable, contact Aabey LLC to request reassignment.

Aabey LLC does not capture or store the content of contracts or documents processed by the App.

5. Data Security and Network Activity

• Offline by design: The App performs analysis locally and is designed to avoid unnecessary network communication.
• Secure by design: There is no cloud processing risk unless the local PC is accessed by malicious actors.
• Unexpected network traffic: If you suspect the App is generating or receiving unauthorized network traffic, contact us immediately and include screenshots, packet captures if available, timestamps, and related details. Use the subject line CAP SECURITY.
• Local data disclaimer: While we take reasonable steps to secure the systems and records we host, we do not guarantee the security of data stored locally on your device. Protecting local files, backups, and the security of your machine is your responsibility.

6. Data Deletion and Purge Requests

If you wish to purge license data, hardware ID records, or other customer data that we or our third-party processors hold, send a request to support@aabeyllc.com with sufficient details, such as purchase email, license key, and hardware ID.

We, or the relevant third party, will process deletion requests according to applicable law and third-party procedures. For records stored by Aabey LLC, we will confirm receipt and provide an estimated deletion timeline.

7. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We will not sell customer data to third parties for marketing or other purposes.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may work with or require third-party vendors for payment and license activation, including LemonSqueezy, Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors. Those vendors collect and store the payment and contact information you provide on their platforms. Aabey LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

Any links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. Aabey LLC is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those external sites.

9. User Responsibilities and Liability Disclaimer

• Your data: You are solely responsible for any document, contract, personal data, or confidential information that you input into the App, and for maintaining any legal basis required for processing that information.
• Outputs: All outputs generated by the AI, including risk assessments, clause suggestions, rewrites, or full contract drafts, are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and accepting any changes or final documents produced by the App.
• No legal advice: The App is provided as-is for informational and drafting assistance and does not provide legal advice.

10. International Users and Governing Law

By using the App and its services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in this Policy and agree that Aabey LLC may process such data under U.S. law. If you reside in a jurisdiction with local data protection laws, you remain responsible for ensuring compliance with those laws when using the App.

11. Children’s Privacy

Contract Analyzer Pro is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

12. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products by Aabey LLC are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, returns, or reimbursements for any digital purchase under ordinary circumstances.

In the event of a payment processing error, duplicate charge, or other exceptional billing irregularity, please contact us directly to request a review.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, third-party services, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on our website with a revised last updated date.
